The Urban Work Orders Management System of IPS Vial SL (OTs) consists of an application for the municipal area that allows efficient communication between the Administration and companies, document management and the exploitation of information in the form of indicators, graphs and reports, in relation to the management of urban works.
The process of planning, executing and certifying urban works involves administrations and companies, and requires means for its control by the Administration, the sharing of information between the parties and the evaluation of costs for the allocation of budgets. OTs implements a workflow that allows the coordination and control of said process, in an agile, clear and intuitive way, offering: Centralized document management Controlled workflow Control of deadlines by indicators Use of InCa maps and street maps Notifications via email
