At ROAD SIGNALING INVENTORIES AND PROJECTS (IPS Vial) we aim to achieve excellence in the quality of our work so that we achieve the full satisfaction of customers who trust us both for the preparation of signaling projects and for the development of computer applications oriented to the design of signage and signaling inventories. A firm commitment to the environment is also integrated into our work philosophy, trying to minimize the possible environmental impacts that our activity may cause. That is why at IPS Vial we have decided to go one step further and implement a Quality and Environmental Management system based on the ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards. To ensure quality, both before third parties and internally, management, Together with the managers and highly qualified employees that IPS Vial has, it has planned a set of actions and systems that must provide adequate confidence to our clients and that are defined below in our Quality and Environment Policy: Know and satisfy the needs and expectations of our clients, guaranteeing the commitment to comply with the requirements that may be applicable in each of the jobs. These requirements will be those established by the clients themselves, those imposed by current legislation on the activities and services developed and the requirements that our own organization subscribes to in addition to compliance with other requirements established by third parties. Enhance the effectiveness of human and technological resources to ensure the highest quality of work and projects. We have all the necessary technical means, as well as a highly experienced human team in the management and execution of projects. Involve our staff in achieving continuous improvement through their contributions and promoting the improvement of professional training through the continuous training program offered. Establish actions, measures and behaviors to protect the environment that contribute to the prevention of pollution in the development of our activities. Continuously improve the effectiveness of the management system, to guarantee our permanent adaptation to the demands of an increasingly competitive market and a constantly evolving environment. Considering these guidelines, this management reiterates its firm commitment to join efforts to achieve these objectives, so that this policy is understood, implemented and kept up to date at all levels of the organization. Since 2017, the company has the Quality Management System Certificate in accordance with the requirements of the UNE-EN ISO 9001:2015 Standard by the APPLUS entity and the Environmental Management System Certificate in accordance with the requirements of the standard UNE-EN ISO 14001:2015 by the ACCREDITATION AND QUALITY entity.
