Inca Urbano is a Geographic Information System for the management of urban inventories of vertical and horizontal signage, street furniture, structures and traffic lights. Inca Urbano manages the records both graphically and alphanumerically, allowing all types of files to be associated (photographs, reports, files, etc. .) of the elements. Unlike other GIS, Inca Urbano is designed so that it can be used by any user, regardless of their level of computer knowledge. InCa Urbano is the management system used in 12 of the 14 most important municipalities in Spain, and among them the The first 8 (Madrid, Barcelona, Valencia, Seville, Zaragoza, Malaga, Murcia and Palma de Mallorca), and up to a total of 30 municipalities spread throughout the Spanish geography.
In this system, the information can be updated quickly and easily and is available to all parties in real time. The InCa Urbano geographic information system allows you to graphically represent vertical signage, beacons, barriers and any other punctual or linear element.
Main functionalities
Historic information
All actions are recorded with their date, so it is possible to show the status of the inventory as of today or on any previous date. Thus, with the push of a button it is possible to meet the continuous requirements of the courts requesting data on accidents that happened a long time ago.
Export
InCa Urbano makes it possible to export the inventory to files in multiple formats for sending to third parties or for integration and consultation from other corporate GIS: CSV (MicroSoft Excel) SHP (ESRI) DWG (Autocad) KMZ (Google Earth) GeojSON
Field work
InCa Urbano allows in the field: • Check the state of the elements • Add photographs to the inventory. • Edit and modify tab data • Add new items and remove existing items from the inventory • Reposition poorly positioned items The user always has a view of the program data in its actual location, which automatically moves and adjusts with the GPS position of the device.
Consultations
Inca Urbano allows the user to customize their queries by specifying the desired filters. The results can be displayed both in an alphanumeric table and located on the existing cartography. Signage queries allow the location of signs by the destinations included in them.
