InCa Urbano

Inca Urbano is a Geographic Information System (GIS) for managing urban inventories of vertical and horizontal signage, street furniture, structures, and traffic lights. Inca Urbano manages historical data both graphically and alphanumerically, allowing the association of all types of files (photographs, reports, records, etc.) with the elements. Unlike other GIS, Inca Urbano is designed to be used by any user, regardless of their level of computer skills. Inca Urbano is the management system used in 12 of the 14 largest city councils in Spain, including the top 8 (Madrid, Barcelona, Valencia, Seville, Zaragoza, Malaga, Murcia, and Palma de Mallorca), and a total of 30 city councils throughout Spain.
In this system, information can be updated quickly and easily and is available to all parties in real time. The InCa Urbano geographic information system allows for the graphical representation of vertical signage, road markings, barriers, and any other point or line element.
Main features

Historical information

All actions are recorded with their date, making it possible to view the inventory status as of today or at any previous date. Thus, with just the click of a button, it is possible to respond to the continuous requests from the courts for data on accidents that occurred long ago.

Export

InCa Urbano allows the export of the inventory to files in multiple formats for sending to third parties or for integration and consultation from other corporate GIS: CSV (MicroSoft Excel), SHP (ESRI), DWG (Autocad), KMZ (Google Earth), GeojSON

Fieldwork

  • InCa Urbano allows you to:
  • Check the condition of items
  • Add photos to the inventory
  • Edit and modify data in the record
  • Add new items and remove existing items from the inventory
  • Reposition misplaced items. The user always has a view of the program data in its real-world location, which moves and adjusts automatically with the device's GPS position.
  • Consultations

Inca Urbano allows users to customize their queries by specifying desired filters. Results can be displayed in an alphanumeric table or overlaid on existing maps. Signage queries allow users to locate signs by the destinations they indicate.
